Evy’s Cabins of North Georgia is not your typical cabin rental and management firm. We have a large variety of services to pick from. We want to offer the Owner of a vacation home different alternatives in renting out his property and/or in the management of his property. We want to give the Owner more money in his pocket and provide better care of a valuable investment.

Rental & Management Services

We offer a different approach for a homeowner who wants to use his cabin not only as a personal retreat, but also to obtain a return on his investment by short term rentals. Instead of a flat rate, we suggest that the homeowner list his property on a web site of his choice or even create their own Web Page.

With the Owner doing the advertising, we keep our costs down, and therefore are able to offer an extremely competitive fee to handle the complete rental of the property including reservations, accounting and sales/lodging taxes.

The owner might elect to handle all the bookings himself and if so, we can then offer him numerous services at different rates. This can include cleaning services, a weekly walk through of the property and/or an inspection immediately before or after a renter arrives and leaves in order to make sure the property is ready or has been left in good condition. Housekeeping Staff

Our housekeeping specialists are extremely well trained and dependable. If you join us, we assign the same specialist to your property at all times. This way they know your property inside and out. They know how you like the towels folded, what type of cleaning supplies you use, what your likes and dislikes are and how you like your property kept. The staff is personally trained by Evy, whose standards are extremely high. Our staff is well paid and understands what the expectations of the home owner are. We are extremely careful when hiring our cleaning staff and we run background checks on everyone.
