If your vacation home is not used for rental, we offer complete property management. This can include cleaning after your use or your guest’s use of the home, hiring and overseeing landscaping services, boat dock upkeep, and any and all interior and exterior maintenance as needed. We also offer a weekly walk through of the property which includes a thorough inspection and a weekly e-mail updating you on the status of the property.

If you live out of the area, then knowing your property is being inspected on a regular basis can remove a great deal of worry and has the potential to save money in case of a maintenance problem such as plumbing, wind damage, broken windows, etc. Preventative maintenance and regular upkeep is the key to maintaining and increasing your property value.
